SOLUTION: The link to your video(s) is in your account under the heading "My Videos". If you cannot see the video on a particular device, try logging in on another device.

SOLUTION: Due to supply chain and supply issues, delivery delays are possible. Please allow some extra time for your order to arrive. If you have your tracking number, please periodically reference that information.

SOLUTION: We have a robust security system to keep our site and customers safe. If you are locked out, that is due to entering the wrong username or password too many times, or your ip could be blacklisted in global databases.
