We use a private email sending service with a high deliverability rate. All members are sent an order confirmation and an email containing their login credentials upon ordering. Please check with your email provider for email deliverability issues.

The link to your video(s) is in your account under the heading "My Videos". If you cannot see the video on a particular device, try logging in on another device.
SOLUTION:
Due to supply chain and supply issues, delivery delays are possible. Please allow some extra time for your order to arrive. If you have your tracking number, please periodically reference that information.
